Shipping Policy

We will ship items with Royal Mail 2nd Class which aims to deliver items within 3-5 working days.

We do our best to make sure our packaging is plastic free and compostable, so please take into consideration how you dispose of any packaging. You may even like to reuse the packaging, if you can.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We really hope you love your order, however if you are not happy with it you can return the item(s) as long as it is within 7 days of the original purchase date. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs all returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with packaging in tact and undamaged.

Unfortunately, sale items, custom/personalised items are excluded from the returns policy, these are non-returnable due to the nature of the products.

Faulty/ Damaged items

If you have received a faulty or damaged item please email us as soon as possible, at sharmilajoydesign@gmail.com with photos and any details you can about the issue.
