We offer free delivery for all orders of £50 or over. All orders received by 5pm will be dispatched within 1-3 working days using Royal Mail Second Class delivery (48 Tracked). In most instances, products will be dispatched next working day.

Refund Policy

Our Grow Faith Co. store refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Please contact us first if you’d like to return an item for refund. We will send you the information about how to return the item when we receive your return request. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed (minus any delivery costs incurred by Grow Faith Co.), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are also fully responsible for delivery costs in returning items.
