Shipping Policy

I try to keep prices as affordable as possible and therefore generally send by either Royal Mail second class or, for some larger items, Evri - both services usually take 2-3 days for delivery. If you require expedited shipping please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate.

Refund Policy

No refunds can be given on personalised items unless the item is faulty (although attention to detail is paid to every order so this is unlikely). If it contains a name for example it cannot be sold on to another customer. If an order arrives that has been damaged during transit please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to rectify the situation.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If an order is cancelled simply due to changing your mind the buyer is responsible for return postage costs, plus any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
