All artwork is lovingly made to order.

Your artwork will be meticulously produced and shipped from my nearest fine art printing facility to ensure faster delivery and safer transit. 

Prints -From the time you place your order to the moment it arrives, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. This allows plenty of time for your print ordered, packaged , wrapped and dispatched. 

Original Artwork- From the time you place your order to the moment it arrives takes 3-5 business days. This allows time for your piece to be varnished, packed and wrapped safely for delivery.

Refund Policy

ORIGINAL ARTWORK:

We have a 30-day return policy on all original paintings, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  I am unable to offer returns on framed paper prints.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

FINE ART PRINTS:

We offer 30 day returns on  prints, however the buyer is responsible for return postage and insurance.

We are not able to offer refunds or returns on framed paper prints.

Due to the fact we package with extreme care, damages are extremely rare.  In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please inform the courier and take a photo of the damage, including the packaging and we will arrange a replacement for you.  Otherwise we may not be able to process the claim.

No returns on sale/discounted items.
